Blowout is over. This years festival really let me down. Attendance was down. The sound guys were unusually bad. The bands were good but the scheduling was terrible. Their was no way to make it across town in the two minutes in between bands that seemed to happen both nights. Kept hearing about a shuttle that I never saw. I'm probably bitching too much. I got to see a marching band storm a tiny ass bar and overpower the guys on stage playing techno.
Bands to remember: Decibilt, 750CC, Kommie Kilpatrick, Millions of Brazilians.
Who am I kidding; Beer was cheap, Music was good, company was awesome.
I'll be back next year.

F%@$! Damnit!
Boy am I broke. I'm so broke I can't even pay attention.
I'm so broke, a man saw me walking down the street with
one shoe on, he said"you lost a shoe" and I said "No sir,
I found one!"
I'm so broke I stopped on a dime, and owed it to someone!
I'm so broke when someone rings my doorbell, I have to
yell "DING-DONG" out the window.
I'm so broke, my bologna has no first name.
I'm so broke I have been giving blood, just for the orange
juice.
I'm so broke, at communion I went back for seconds.
I'm so broke I have to save up to be poor.
spare a dime?

Scrappin'
I learned a valuable lesson today...
The guys who do this scrap metal stuff aren't the
second-class citizens we think they are. Rooting
around in peoples trash and picking up metal on
the side of the road. They are layed-off
autoworkers, single dads and guys struggling
to get by, just like you and me.
Me and my Dad scrapped the stuff from his
storage building today,it was two pick-up trucks
full, and we both brought home almost $150.
PBR and Taco Bell..........
